Reservations are can made exclusively online via our website, up to 1 hour before departure.

After this period, it is possible to book in person at the counter, subject to availability.

For any personalized requests, please contact us directly.
Cancellations

A 100% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made MORE THAN 12 hours before Departure.

The reservation amount will be automatically returned to the bank account from which you paid.

Any refund request made LESS THAN 12 hours before departure will be categorically refused.
