THE CONCEPT

Discover Lake Geneva aboard our electric boats, no license required. Enjoy simple, silent navigation with premium comfort, featuring an audio system and cooler, for moments of pure freedom.

Cigarettes and cigars are strictly PROHIBITED due to the flammable nature of the boat. Vapes and IQOS devices are permitted. If the renter violates this rule, they will be held liable for any damages in the event of an accident.

Presentation of a valid identity document or driver's license is mandatory and will be kept for the duration of the rental.

The lessor makes a boat available to the lessee against payment, according to the schedule, terms and price agreed on the website www.huluboats.ch or directly with the lessor.
For pick-up, it is recommended to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete the rental formalities. Any delay in picking up the boat will be deducted from the rental time.
The renter must return the boat according to the schedule agreed upon at the time of booking. A late return of the boat may result in a 25% surcharge on the rental price, at the discretion of the owner.
The rented boat and the equipment made available to the renter by the lessor comply with Swiss law.
The equipment made available to the renter includes: 6 life jackets, 1 bailer, 1 boat hook-paddle, 1 JBL Xtrem 4 sound system, 1 swim ladder, 2 anchors, 1 night navigation light.
If no complaint is made before departure, the renter acknowledges that the boat and its equipment have been handed over to him in perfect working order.
The renter is required to inform the lessor immediately if any part of the equipment or boat is damaged or missing.
Any damage to the boat or equipment, as well as any loss of equipment, will be charged to the renter.

Le loueur peut interrompre la navigation à tout moment si une situation l’exige. L’interruption peut notamment être causée par une infraction aux lois sur la navigation, aux instructions du loueur ou à une mise en danger d'autrui.
L'interruption de la navigation par faute du locataire ne donne droit à aucune contrepartie financière.
En cas d'infraction, le loueur se donne le droit d’informer la police de la navigation.

Le locataire doit avoir 18 ans révolus.
Le locataire est responsable de l'utilisation du bateau durant toute la durée de la location.
Le locataire assume sa propre sécurité et celle de ses accompagnants. Il fera porter un gilet de sauvetage en fonction de l'âge des participants, de la situation météorologique et du devoir de vigilance.
Le locataire s'engage à respecter les lois sur la navigation, ainsi que les zones de navigation expliquées lors du départ.
Le locataire s'engage à respecter les instructions données par le loueur.
Toutes les effets du locataire et des passagers apportés à bord sont sous la responsabilité de ce dernier.
Le locataire est responsable en cas d’accident causé par lui-même.
Le locataire est responsable des fautes commises par lui-même ou par l'un de ses passagers. Ceci est notamment valable pour des plaintes déposées par autrui ou des infractions relevées par la police de la navigation ou le service des douanes.
Le locataire assume les frais nécessités par une intervention des sauveteurs.
Le locataire doit rester joignable sur son portable pendant la location.
Le pilote ne consomme pas et n’est pas sous l’emprise de stupéfiant et/ou d'alcool.
Lors de baignades, éteindre le moteur et conserver au minimum une personne à bord qui soit en capacité de manœuvrer le bateau.
Les consignes de sécurité sont expliquées par le loueur lors de la remise du bateau.

HULU boats SNC has comprehensive comprehensive insurance with Allianz.
This insurance only covers property damage and excludes any coverage for personal injury.
In the event of gross negligence or failure to comply with instructions, the renter will be held personally liable for any damage caused to the boat, including in the event of an accident. The insurance policy (Allianz) only covers damage resulting from an accident that is not their fault.

The renter agrees to be covered by individual accident insurance for himself and his passengers.
HULU Boats SNC does not take responsibility for any personal injury.
The tenant waives all recourse against HULU Boats SNC, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, and shall indemnify the company against all damages, claims, interest and costs (including attorney's fees and court costs) resulting from any personal injury related to the use of the boat.
The absence of proof of insurance does not affect the tenant's insurance obligation, which remains fully applicable and enforceable.
